  • This Unit is responsible to act as a Secretariat for Staff Investigation Committee (SIC). SIC is the sub-committee established by the Staff Disciplinary Committee (SDC) to conduct investigation of an alleged general misconduct based on the preliminary investigation report from K/C/D/I/O/M and audit report from Office of Internal Audit from the date of receipt of the completed report and evidence. The Secretariat in charge for the arrangement of meeting, to draft and prepare minutes SIC meeting and drafting and preparing SDC paper for notification.   
  • This Unit also in charge of planning and organising activities, programme and workshop for awareness on compliance with the University’s rules, regulations and policies.
  • Providing legal advice and seek legal opinion from the Solicitors, if necessary.
