Office of International Affairs was officially established in April 2003. Through the establishment of Office of International Affairs, it is hoped that more attention and focus can be given to matters related to the international students of IIUM. Hence, conducive environment for them to excel in their study can be provided and they will return to their countries as ambassadors of IIUM in promoting its vision to "restore the dynamic and progressive role of the Muslim ummah in all branches of knowledge."
