The IIUM Library iscommitted to continuous improvement and to be recognized as an organization consistently exhibiting the ‘walk-the-talk’ as pledged in the library’s goals and values in its balance score card. This survey is one of the key performance indicators of the library and this report presents the findings of the survey.
