APPLICATION FOR LIVE- IN DURING VACATION (LIDV )
i. Personal reason / Final Year Final Sem. (Local students)/ Graduated / Non Active
a. To apply for Short Term Rental at the Residential and Services Department
(RSD) within the period of LIDV application
b. To pay rental fee on daily rate (RM5.50/Quad Sharing, RM6.50/Twin Sharing
and RM12/Single room) at Bank Muamalat (Acc. No: 14070000004716)
c. To submit a copy of bank in slip to the mahallah office upon check-in for
ii. Academic related matters (LAP / Practical / Internship) / university programme :
a. Kulliyyah to submit official request and related supporting document with list
name of students to RSD office within the period of LIDV application.
b. Students to follow up with kulliyyah regarding the request for LIDV and to confirm
that his/her name is in the list. In the case that your name is missing from the list,
rental is applicable unless you manage to get the officer incharge to confirm your
c. Approval is only given to students who have confirmed MORR for SEM 3,
d. To check-in on the predetermined date at respective mahallah. Failure to
register, compound will be issued. They must ‘Check-in‘ for Sem 3, 2017/2018
during the Mahallah registration Period.
iii. All International students (UG) are considered as LIDV subject to perform
Mahallah Online Room Registration (MORR). Failure to perform MORR, student will
have to evacuate the room on the last day to check-out ( 13th June 2018).
iv. Students who stay or leave their belongings in Mahallah without permission
during LIDV period will be imposed a penalty of RM50.00 and rental rate will be charged for LIDV period .
NOTES: All applications/registration must be done during the application period
only, application after the deadline will be considered as short term rental.
ROOM CHECK-OUT & RETURNING ROOM KEYS
I. Student must check-out and return room key before the last date to check out. All rooms/compartments must be left clean and tidy . A penalty of RM50.00 will be imposed (for each offences) to those who failed to surrender the room key and left untidy rooms/compartments.
II. Please report on any defects or maintenance problems to the mahallah office before leaving.
MAHALLAH REGISTRATION FOR SEMESTER 3, 2017/2018 (Inclusive those who LIDV)
i. Please produce your matric card during the mahallah registration for collection of key.
