Sejahtera Culture Index
The Office has taken initiative to analyse and report the level of Sejahtera culture of balanced graduates and balanced staff within the dimension of Maqasid Shariah.
The Objectives of Sejahtera Productivity Culture Index are as follow:
The report will be made by the end of 2021. The results of this survey would enable the formulation of Insan Sejahtera (intervention) programmes in terms of content (i.e. knowledge) and performance (i.e. practice). This survey also intends to diagnose critical areas of concerns for planning intervention programmes for staff and students.

a) RECTOR'S ROADSHOW
Based on Al-Liqa Al-Jamaie No. 2/2020 which was held on 6 July 2020, the University is now looking forward for IIUM Beyond 2020. Some key pointers emphasised by the Rector include WIT (Whole Institution Transformation), RCE Greater Gombak, Making it REAL Globally, Global Campus, Zero Carbon Campus, Key Intangible Performance, and 2Lead4Peace.
As promised, the Rector will visit K/C/D/I/O/M to further explain about the IIUM strategic direction as well as to receive feedback from all internal stakeholders. Feedback from stakeholders will also contribute in the formulation of IIUM Roadmap 2021-2022. Thus, following are the details if the Roadshow:

To be a referral centre and provide support on matters relating to strategic, data and change management of the University. The Office has started the sharing session on Roadmap 2021 -2022 since November 2020 with all the KCDIOM.
The Office has organised the special engagement with TS Rector in November 2021 with all the KCDIOM. The aim of the programme is to discuss the KCDIOM past achievements and future planning in relation to IIUM Missions and Vision. Pertaining to the programme, it is expected that the KCDIOM may share the success stories on the past achievements (for instance, awards recipients, top five alumni) that can be learned and become examples for IIUM to lead the world; and future planning of the KCDIOM for the next two years for IIUM to contribute and participate in solving global issues and agenda.
