Gombak, 28 September 2021. Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL) organises Harmonisation Talk Series No. 01 to intensify the discourse and implementation of harmonisation of Shariah and law. The Talk Series provides a platform to share and to discuss thoughts and efforts on harmonisation of Shariah and law.
Associate Professor Dr Nik Salida Suhaila Nik Saleh, the Dean of the Faculty of Shariah and Law at the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), shares the perspective and the practice on integration of knowledge at the faculty. She shares for instance that for integrated based courses, the integration could be signified by the course title and the learning outcome; or by the topics, references and the assessment in the courses.
Professor Farid Sufian Shuaib in welcoming Dr Nik Salida Suhaila Nik Saleh shares the delight of the Kulliyyah in hosting an alumnus who is heading another faculty and also a commissioner of the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM).
AIKOL will continue to collaborate, cooperate with and to learn from others in enhancing the curriculum and the experience of all stakeholders’ engagement with the Kulliyyah.
