Corporate Integrity Pledge by International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) was held on 16th May 2014 in conjunction with the Al-Liqa As-Shahri No.3/2014. It was co-hosted by Office of the Legal Adviser and Office of Internal Audit of IIUM. 

The objective of the Corporate Integrity Pledge (CIP) is a commitment to uphold the principles of the prevention of corruption by corporation in Malaysia. By signing CIP, IIUM will declare non association of any activities with any form of corruption. Corporate Integrity Pledge outlines the principles that need to be received by the use of corporate bodies to demonstrate their commitment towards realizing fair environment to all which is free from corruption.

Among the VVIPs attended ceremonial event were YBhg. Datuk Hj. Mustafar Hj. Ali, Director of Investigation Division of MACC, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Abdul Aziz Rahman, Chairman of IIUM Audit Committee and YBhg. Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Zaleha Kamaruddin, Rector of IIUM. 

In recognizing the value promoted, IIUM has started to acknowledge Kulliyyah/Centre/Division/Institute/Office(s) (KCDIOS) good practices in their operational areas. Recognition on the good practices noted were acknowledged in a form of certification. Certificates were honored to  those KCDIOs which have achieved satisfactory audit rating on the areas audited for the year 2013.
