Foziah binti Rahman obtained her B.A and Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from universities in USA. Upon returning to Malaysia, she signed up for a postgraduate Diploma in ESL at IIUM. She then completed her M.A in TESL at UKM.
After working for a private college for eight years, she joined CELPAD, IIUM in 2000. She has been involved in curriculum development, material development and test setting for ELT at the centre level. Currently, she is a lecturer and Deputy Head of English Language Division of CELPAD.
