Litigation & Debt Recovery

LDR is responsible for recovering any debts due and owed to the University arising from breach of contract by the former staff or other third parties. All payments received by the debtors under breach of contract cases will be managed and monitored on regular basis and updated.
In furtherance to the above, LDR is also responsible for providing legal advices in relation to debt recovery and litigation services and coordinating the services of the University panel solicitors for execution of judgment and any lawsuit filed by the University or against the University.
