INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ISLAMIC THOUGHT AND CIVILISATION (ISTAC-IIUM)

We are glad to inform that venue/facility/accommodation bookings at ISTAC is now OPEN. 

• The APPLICANT must observe the values and norms of MORAL PROPRIETY, DECENT BEHAVIOR and RESPECTABLE ATTIRE that together reflect the identity that the IIUM wishes to project and nurture.
• Applications must be made at least 6 months before the event for wedding and big event, and 14 working days prior to the date and requisition for talk, seminar, lecture and others. Applications for more than 6 months prior to the event will be considered soft booking, and subject to availability after considering academic events of the institute.
• 20% deposit is required to lock preferred date 
• Full payment must be made 30 days before event
• Technician-in-charge should meet with food vendor and event decorator for briefing about set up during event
