Professor Emeritus Dato’ Ar. Dr. Elias bin Salleh is a Professional Architect (LAM-AE09, PAM-517). He graduated with a Diploma in Building Design from the Technical College (now UTM) in 1969, Diploma in Architecture from Plymouth Polytechnic (now University of Plymouth) in 1973, Master in Building Science from the University of Sydney in 1981 and PhD (Environment & Energy) from the AA Graduate School of Architecture London in 1994.
