Baktisiswa is compulsory community service for all University undergraduates in Malaysia. The main purpose of Baktisiswa from Nursing Students of IIUM is to apply the knowledge and skills gained from all nursing modules in the aspects of promoting health and the prevention of illness holistically to achieve 2011 NurSS theme of "Because We Care" and the mission of our IIUM of Islamization to self and ummah.
